Ordering information:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Echeck through PayPal only. You may also place an order by email, telephone or fax. Your ordering information is kept private. Zimcan does not sell or share any customer information with any company or organization.

All our items are insured upon shipping. Insurance costs are included in the shipping costs. All our items are packaged with utmost care to avoid  unnecessary breakages.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt, with the purchase invoice, in its original wrapping, shipment prepaid to Zimcan. Returned items will be promptly replaced or fully refunded. Shipping charges and insurance charges will not be refunded.

You will be notified as soon as possible if the item you have ordered is out of stock.
