Can I place an order without using paypal?

If you do not have a paypal account you can order
by calling our toll free number or local number for
Montreal residents. We accept money orders and bank
certified checks only.

Can I pay in Canadian currency?

Yes, you may pay in Canadian currency
equivalent to the listed US$ amount at the time of
ordering.

How long does it take to deliver
my item?
Answer:
All
items in stock are shipped within 2 business days. You
will receive a Canada Post tracking number as soon as
your item has been shipped to you.

How is my item shipped?
Answer:
All
our items are shipped Canada Post expedited shipping (2
to 5 days within Canada, 6 to 9 days within USA) unless
otherwise requested. If you would like your items
shipped another way, please notify us as soon as you
have placed your order.

What do I do if I receive a
damaged or broken item?
Answer:
While we take the utmost care to
package our items, if for some reason your item is
damaged in transit, please
notify us within 3 days. It is important to keep all the
original wrapping and all the broken pieces to expedite
replacement or refund claims.

Can I order wholesale?

While most of our items are already priced at
wholesale, you may still be able to place orders at
below wholesale price. The
minimum wholesale orders are 5 pieces of the same type
of item when in stock. Please email us for details and
